but as I became older, I cut it back, so I would
not put too much strain on my Kidneys.
When I used to take care of a senior lady, her Doctor only had
recommended 6 cups a water a day, because she was 92 years old
and it helped her kidneys function better.
If we keep up with daily intake of water and fruit and veggies
with high water content, then we are not dehydrated throughout the day.
