They can only do so much and then will recommend
that you go to a PT Facility for more intense exercises on machines, etc.
If you can get Resistance Bands and Light Weights, it can build your strength and balance
relieve any stress that you are under.
I'm not sure if you have been able to do some of
the In-Home Exercises from the Videos on Youtube
by Justin Agustin.
