I agree with your nurse, even if it's just standing up and walking a short distance numerous times a day, it'll help. It's amazing how fast your mobility can go downhill if you spend your days in bed.

I'm also hoping your hb has stepped up to the plate and is helping but I'm sorta betting he's like most guys and not helping and just whining about you not doing things for him. Has his daughter said anything to him about helping you ? I'm thinking that if she said something, he might actually listen to her ?
