about this claim with Tylenol and autism?

I know my daughter w/the grands that live here did NOT take any aspirin products in the 90's when Tylenol was always the prescribed med.

I never took Tylenol products cause they never worked for me, only aspirin products is what I grew up on and gave my kids.
