I visited the orthopedic urgent care this morning. A very nice place. Not crowded, not a mad house.

They took x rays and found the nerves, ligaments, tendons and soft tissues ok. Lots of arthritis, degenerating disk, bulging disks which we already knew, but they found a compresstion fracture in L4.

So he gave me some pretty strong meds. And an appt with my former spinal surgeon in 3 weeks.

There were people in neck braces, back braces and all kinds of contraptions. People everywhere must be hurting.

So I started my new meds. I hope they work.
