Oh yes, I can hear you saying anyone can boil eggs! But, do the yellows turn green?

Eggs, as many as you like. Punch a hole in large end of each egg with a punch pin or thumb tack.

Cover eggs with cold water. Heat to a boil, uncovered. Do not boil. Remove from heat and cover for 15 minutes, no more.

Run cold water over eggs to cool. Crack shells and peel. The yellows do not turn green
