I live one block from Aldi, Menards, 4 restaurants, a cute boutique, two banks and numerous other places. I live right on the edge of a busy commercial district but my edge includes a woods that I look out on, along with a pond which brings a lot of wildlife like deer, coyote, foxes, turkeys and eagles to it.

I'm lucky that I live so close to pretty much everything I need including our hospital which is less than a mile from me but my location is more like woodsy farm land, well actually my location is only farm like because I live on the backside of a 55+ apartment building, if I lived in one of the front side apartments, I'ld be looking at a housing development and the commercial buildings.
