Hi guys. I'm back. Spent 7 hours in the ER yesterday. They had to get me down our inside steps in a special chair because our hallway was so narrow. They sat me in a wheelchair in the ER for hours after 4 days in bed at home. It was agony. They think it's a severe flare up and not a ruptured disk. They gave me steroids, pain meds and muscle relaxers. Said to give it a few days. So glad to be home. The meds are wearing off now and I must get offline now. Can't sit for very long yet.

HB is completely helpless. Can't work the microwave, toaster oven, oven, or coffee maker. He's asking what's for supper tonight. Something out of a can.
