yikes...those storms are so scary. We'd get them in Mi. during the summer months
We're 80+ here, windy a bit and temps going up this week.
I made meatballs from the freezer, zucchini/corn and poblano peppers cooked together and boiled some taters with lots of eyes for mashed.
