I use ground pork, chopped cabbage/carrots/green onions/fairly small amount cooked rice (season all w/soy and sesame oil)

And a dipping sauce of sweet hot mustard, 1/2 bottle with 1/4 cup each..cider vinegar and sugar

Now I'm hungry for egg rolls.....maybe this next week when grdtr is here, put her to work.
