It was a war zone around here last night with explosions and fireworks. I must say I saw some fireworks in the distance that were really pretty with unusual colors. They had fireworks that were lavender, pink, bluegreen and colors I've never seen before in fireworks. Quite beautiful. We will probably have 2 more night of this or until the rednecks use up their stash of fireworks. Small firecracker type went on from 5:30 to 11 pm. The big stuff from dusk until abut 11. Two more nights.....

We will order our eats from a local place today.
