1 Bolillo Roll Sliced and Toasted
1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
¼ Avocado Smashed
4 Slices Deli Ham or Turkey or both like I used
2 Slices White American Cheese
Iceberg Lettuce Shredded thinly
Tomato Sliced
Purple Onion Sliced
Mexican Pickled Jalapeno Slices
Slice and toast a Bolillo Roll and prep all the toppings.
Spread mayonnaise on the bottom bun and smashed avocado on the top bun. Layer deli Ham or Turkey on the bottom, sliced cheese, sliced tomatoes, shredded iceberg lettuce, sliced onions, and sliced pickled jalapenos.
Notes
This is best eaten right away, however if you don’t mind the bread getting soft, you can wrap the sandwich and store in the refrigerator. Since there is avocado, I would only store it up to 1 day.
