4 medium baking potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch slices
¼ cup melted butter
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
8 slices bacon - cooked and crumbled
½ cup chopped green onions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Brush potato slices on both sides with butter; place them onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned and tender when pierced with a knife, 30 to 40 minutes, flipping slices halfway through. Sprinkle with Cheddar, crumbled bacon, and green onions. Continue baking until cheese melts, 3 to 5 more minutes.
