I took piano lessons when I was a kid for 3 years. I HATED it. My Mother loved it and wanted me to play.

As an adult, we hung around with bluegrass musicians and Hb bought me an autoharp and a mountain dulcimer because he wanted me to play with our friends. That didn't work out.

I have no musical ability. Not for piano, or autoharp or mountain dulcimer. Hb can't understand why I can't seem to learn a musical instrument, because I can draw and paint. I tell him it's not the same thing.
