No. The local Verizon couldn't or wouldn't fix things. They gave us a customer service number and we called and they also did nothing, just wanted to sell us new phones. Then I found this old Verizon number on my grocery list tablet and we called. These people fixed things right away.

This internet stuff is such a PITA. I hope your service doesn't get interrupted.
