I'm late too, Wayne. Didn't have internet service. If it's the first part of the month you can be sure Verizon cut off service saying I haven't paid my bill. Tried to pay on the Verizon page. Didn't work. Have been on the phone all morning to local Verizon place which have terribly uninformed staff. They used to let you pay by card, but today no one knew how to do that. Finally called an old Verizon number I had written down on a tablet. They got us online again. I went back and tried to sign up for autopay but Verizon wouldn't recognize my ID and password. WTH??????? Why do they make this so difficult? It will happen again next month.
