Servings: 4 Servings (4 cheeseburger wraps)
Main Components:
1 pound ground beef
4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
4 slices American cheese
Condiments & Toppings:
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
16 sliced pickles
1 tablespoon melted butter
Seasonings:
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
In a large pan over medium heat, add the ground beef and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until the beef is no longer pink, then set aside.
Stack the tortillas on a microwave-safe plate, cover with a damp paper towel, and microwave for 20-25 seconds to make them pliable.
Lay each tortilla flat and spread with a thin layer of mayo and ketchup. Add 4 pickle slices, 1 slice of cheese, and about ½ cup of cooked ground beef.
Wrap up each tortilla like a burrito, making sure to fold in the sides. Brush the tops with melted butter.
Preheat air fryer to 380°F. Add the wraps and cook for 5 minutes until golden brown. Brush with additional melted butter if desired.
Let cool slightly, cut in half if desired, and enjoy!
Use warm tortillas to prevent them from breaking when folding - don't skip this step!
Be sure to use large burrito-sized tortillas for easier rolling.
Shake off excess juice from pickles before adding to prevent soggy tortillas.
These wraps are best enjoyed right away but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
