Servings: 6
12 oz spaghetti
1 lb lean ground beef
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups marinara sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for cooking
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
While your pasta is cooking, heat a splash of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and no longer pink, then stir in the marinara sauce.
Add the cream cheese to the beef mixture, allowing it to melt and blend in while stirring.
Once the cream cheese is fully incorporated, mix in the cooked spaghetti, ensuring every strand is coated in that luscious sauce.
Transfer everything into a greased baking dish and top with grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake for about 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Serve hot, and enjoy the creamy goodness!
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken. You can also go vegetarian by omitting meat and adding veggies like bell peppers or zucchini.
