I made some changes. I used Idahoan instant potatoes, no milk (I was afraid they be too runny, but decide for yourself) no grated parm (didn't have any) and I used shredded Havarti instead of shredded cheddar.
I thought I greased the tin well, but they could have used more. A little difficult to get out but finally got them out.
I'll be making these again.
