2 bone-in pork steaks (12-14 ounces each)
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Preheat oven to 375°. Pat steaks dry with paper towel. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
In a large cast iron skillet or Dutch oven, heat oil over medium-high heat. Brown steaks on both sides. Brush with Worcestershire sauce.
Transfer skillet to the oven; cook until a thermometer inserted in pork reads 145°, 8-10 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
