I didn't get my primary ballot in Feb but at least I did get my Spring election ballot. Even though I had sign up last year to always get my ballots by mail, I found out that this year with the orange one as president that I had to once again put in my request for mailed ballot which is why I didn't get my primary ballot.

It could be that if you signed up before this year for mailed ballots, that you might also have to go to MyVote.pa.gov and re-signup for mailed ballots.
