I have a rheumatologist appt. this afternoon. A new one. This will be my 9th rheumatologist. They don't stay around here for some reason. It's not for a lack of patients. Don't know what's going on that makes them leave almost as soon as they show up.

Supper tonight will be quick. Hot dog/mashed potato casserole, pear applesauce and a salad.
