They are supposed to have one person for each floor plus the med nurse..but with a shortage of staff, that's not normal

What bothers me is had it been a real fire, some residents would now be crispy critters. Its upsetting no matter if it was a drill or an accidental pull of the alarm

Btw, we only have 3 floors. Im on the first, at least I know where the outside doors are on this floor..seems like every man for themself..
