Lucie I can't imagine any place having a fire drill at that time of the morning, I'm betting that one of the residents set it off and they're just using "fire drill" as an excuse to cover up that somebody wasn't keeping an eye on the residents.

Do you know how many people work there at night ? I ask because I know that some assited living places around here have only one person around at night, in which case I could understand why they wouldn't have caught somebody pulling the alarm bar.

What a disturbing way to wake up !
