1 can (14-1/2 ounces) chicken broth
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 package (12 ounces) seasoned stuffing cubes
4 cups shredded cooked chicken
Minced fresh parsley, optional
Preheat oven to 375°. In a large bowl, combine the broth, soup, sour cream and butter. Stir in croutons and chicken.
Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, until heated through, 20-25 minutes. If desired, sprinkle with parsley.
