sunny day for us....on the warm side. Hb picked today to do a little spring weeding on the hill and got overheated.
We've had lots of cool overcast days to do stuff like this but.....

Easy dinner in skillet.... breakfast sausage, can of ortega chiles and a chopped poblano.
Add a batch of rice and scramble 6 eggs. Mix all.
For some reason hb's favorite dish.
Easy works for me.
