my nephew in Mi was a head cook at a nursing facility for 10 years....he said it was a very hard job with so many with different dietary needs. The job about broke him.

Another chilly day for us, rained a bit earlier.

I have a kabuche squash to cook (will be baggies for probably 5 meals for the freezer)
I think I'll thaw some meatballs in sauce and bake some tater tots.
