I found these boards a while back and they are indestructible. Sharp knives won't mark it, nor dull the knife.
They bend easily for chopped items to pour off, yet they are thick and not flimsy. Wish I'd had access to this type of surface when I really did a lot of cooking. I have this set, lg/med/sm
