Yes, I got a crown pn. This was a problem tooth that he had to drill into the crown to get out some decay that entered where the crown and tooth joined. Then the filling fell out. He didn't think a new filling would stay in since it fell out before.

He said he wanted to try a new crown that was built differently and had sides that went down below the gumline and maybe stop cavities forming there since that is where I get cavities now.

So, it's on. Doesn't feel bad. I am just tired now. Long dental appts. wipe me out.
