I don't bother with the day or partake in celebrating anymore.
Once the kids/grands were aged out of the coloring eggs and basket hunts, I was done.

Speaking of ham...traditional for Easter, lots of other choices like turkey breast.

I've never cooked one...anyone made one successfully w/o it being dry?
