LOL, I'm laughing at myself, I thought you stated you were going to make some bread cheese which is totally different than cheese bread !

Bread cheese is a form of cheese that doesn't melt very easy so you can slice it up and fry or bake it till it's crispy brown and it won't melt. I've only recently heard of it and I recently saw that my grocery store, Aldi sells it.
