have your feet gotten bigger as you got older?

I always wore 9, now a 10 actually feels tight and short.
Do our feet actually get bigger or if you are like me, just don't wears shoes so anything tighter than a sock is uncomfortable.

I'd imagine since everything comes from China, as in the sizes of clothing...everything is on the small side.
