My next door neighbor sent me a picture of my flowers blooming in the front of my house..they look pretty

Has anyone who orders online from Wal-Mart or Amazonhave problems with some deliveries being delayed. For some reason i have run into it at both places this week..never had this happen..im wondering if it has to do with the tariffs?
