I don't know officially what my community does. Nothng that I know of. I do know people set big things out by the roadside and more likely than not, someone will drive by, see it, and take it. Otherwise BIL will take our stuff, haul it out in back of the barn and he will add it to his burn pile and he will burn the stuff when he gets enough.
