Happy April everyone!

We will have sunny skies, gusty winds and a high of 55 today. It feels cold with the wind.

Supper will be hamburger and gravy over mashed potatoes or rice. We'll also have either a salad or green beans like at the Chinese Buffet, I haven't decided which yet.
