Hi ~ Connie, I answer my Landline Phone or my Cellphone.

Many people now-a-days will use their work phone to call you and

I don't want to miss Appointments, etc.

If it's a Scammer, I just hang up on them.

Me and my sister live together in her Apt.

The complex will try to contact her and

she doesn't answer her cellphone,

they then call me, asking can they speak to her

I have to go downstairs and hand her my phone.

I told her, will you put those odd numbers in your phone,

If its someone you know, talk to them, if not hang up on

them, but just answer the phone, because it's what I have done for years.

There could also be times that some has changed their phone number

or their carrier and got a new phone number and they

remember your number, try to call you about them

changing their number and then you or anyone else doesn't pick up the phone.
