I eat a lot of fruit,..I prefer fresh but canned peaches and pears are ok and pineapple too if I run out out of fresh. I eat a lot of vegetables too. I have trouble with protein foods,..I like just a lil bit of fish, and do like beans, but that is it, I try to force myself to eat foods I hate but it turns out to be a waste of money. I like nuts too but have digestive problems with them and I have to avoid them.
