2 Tablespoons coarse Kosher salt
2 Tablespoons instant coffee crystals
2 Tablespoons garlic powder
2 Tablespoons smoked paprika
1 Tablespoon black pepper
1 Tablespoon crushed coriander seeds (not ground)
1 Tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Make the rub. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Use a fork to break up any clumps of seasoning.
Use or store. This rub is ready to be used immediately. If you have any extra rub, you can store it in an airtight container for up to a month for the best flavor.
