yay...good for you. wish I could lose 6 lbs and not get them back.

we're in a weather pattern, sunny then rain....will go on for a couple weeks.

CP bird had a lot of meat, we had it the first night w/potatoes. Tonight will be green enchiladas, beans/rice and another batch for another night.

Still have enough chicken and big bowl of stock I think I'll make a pot of chicken soup for tomorrow.
Those birds are $12 for 4lbs but if I get 4 meals from them, totally worth the price and the chicken is always excellent. Haven't had a dry or tough one yet.
