I save bread crumbs too....when I use Mrs. Cubinson dressing cubes, there is always lots of crumbs in the bag, I save them to a jar. Good for meatballs too.

I do prefer Panko but don't always have it.
I think I'll use this when I make my cube steak, parmesan is a good addition
