I love tilapia. It's a very mild white fish. It's thin fillets and I broil it--Hb likes his with smoked paprika sprinkled on and I like lemon-pepper on mine. Tonight I will mix crumbs of crushed ritz crackers and butter and put that on top of the fillets and smash it done a little and bake at 400 until fish is done and crumbs brown a bit. Very tasty. I know some people say bad things about it, but I don't understand why.
