Instead of making dough and rolling it out and cutting it into squares or using biscuits
I just boil up whatever I need for Gnocchi and after I've made the Chicken Pot Pie, I just add the Gnocchi's to the meal in the pot.
They're different, but are pretty filling and to me, it's just quicker to add Gnocchi's and it's less work.
You can also add them to different broth or cream soups as a filler or add them to different white or red spaghetti sauce over the top of them.
