I used salted butter and spread it on the outside of the rolls. I mixed the mayo and mustard together and spread it on both inside halves of the roll. I built the sandwich as directed and put on some dill pickle slices. I closed the sandwich and cooked it on a hot panini press for 2 minutes. It was delicious and melty but still held together. Next time I will use bread and butter pickles on mine because I was brought up on the sweet/sour flavors of PA Dutch cooking. I liked this recipe very much.
