Ingredients:
8 oz salmon fillet (skin removed)
1/4 cup sliced scallions
1/4 cup sliced leeks
Handful of baby spinach
1//2 cup chicken, veg, or fish stock
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste
🎣 Instructions:
1. Put all ingredients in a frying pan at once and cover with a lid.
2. Bring to a boil and simmer salmon to desired doneness
3. Remove salmon at desired doneness and reduce sauce till thickened
4. Pour sauce over salmon
