Crispy golden roll-ups stuffed with creamy shrimp, crab, melted cheese, and fajita flavors 😍 These cheesy seafood bombs are buttery, creamy, and absolutely addictive the perfect appetizer or comfort-food dinner!
📝 Ingredients:
8 flour tortillas
250 g shrimp, peeled and chopped
200 g crab meat
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 small onion, diced
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
1 tsp fajita seasoning
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbsp chopped parsley or green onions
Cooking spray or melted butter for baking
🍽️ Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the Seafood Filling
In a skillet, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic, onion, and bell peppers. Sauté until soft and fragrant.
2️⃣ Add the Shrimp & Crab
Add chopped shrimp and cook for 3–4 minutes until pink. Stir in crab meat, fajita seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Make It Creamy
Reduce heat and mix in cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add mozzarella, cheddar, and parsley. Stir until cheesy and melted.
4️⃣ Roll the Bombs
Spread the seafood mixture onto tortillas and roll tightly like fajita wraps. Slice into thick roll-up pieces if desired.
5️⃣ Bake Until Golden
Place roll-ups on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush lightly with melted butter or spray with cooking spray.
Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
6️⃣ Garnish & Serve
Top with chopped parsley or green onions and serve hot with garlic sauce, spicy mayo, or creamy dip.
