Golden, flaky crescent rolls stuffed with creamy crab and melted cheese… one bite and they disappear fast 🤤 Perfect for parties, snacks, or cozy seafood nights at home!
📝 Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup imitation crab meat, chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp melted butter
Optional: paprika or parsley for garnish
🍽️ Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Filling
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, mozzarella, cheddar, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until creamy.
2️⃣ Prepare the Dough
Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangle sections on a clean surface.
3️⃣ Add the Filling
Spoon a generous amount of the crab mixture onto the wide end of each dough triangle.
4️⃣ Roll the Crescents
Carefully roll each triangle from the wide end toward the tip, sealing the filling inside.
5️⃣ Brush with Butter
Place the rolls on a parchment-lined baking tray and brush the tops with melted butter.
6️⃣ Bake
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
7️⃣ Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle with parsley or paprika and serve warm while the cheese is melty and creamy.
