Juicy, golden shrimp nestled in a rich, creamy garlic sauce — this is the kind of dinner that feels fancy but comes together fast. It’s buttery, comforting, and perfect for busy weeknights or cozy weekends.
🛒 Ingredients (Serves 3–4)
For the shrimp:
1½ lbs. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Salt and black pepper, to taste
½ teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
For the creamy sauce:
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
¾ cup shredded mozzarella (or Parmesan)
¼ cup cream cheese, softened
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Season shrimp: Pat shrimp dry. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Sear: Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink and lightly golden. Remove and set aside.
Make the sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and broth. Simmer 3–4 minutes.
Add cheese: Stir in cream cheese and shredded mozzarella. Cook until melted and smooth.
Combine: Return shrimp to the skillet. Spoon sauce over the top and simmer 2–3 minutes until heated through.
Finish: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
