Sheet Pan Quesadilla

• 8 burrito size wraps
• 1-2 pounds of ground beef depending on how beefy you’d like. I used about 1.5
•taco seasoning + 3/4 cup water
• shredded cheese
• tortilla chips or tostadas
• shredded lettuce
• diced tomato
• sour cream

Bake at 420 F with baking sheet on top for 20 min then remove the top sheet and cook for 5 more min.
