What to need:
→ The Shrimp
• 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt, to taste
• Black pepper, to taste
→ The Roll-Ups
• 6 cooked lasagna noodles (or thin crepes)
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
→ Alfredo Sauce (Extra Creamy)
• 3 tbsp unsalted butter
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• Pinch nutmeg, optional
→ Finish
• Fresh parsley, chopped
🍽️ How to Make It
1️⃣ Cook the shrimp
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Season shrimp with salt and black pepper.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes per side until just opaque.
Remove and set aside.
2️⃣ Make the Alfredo
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook gently 30 seconds.
Pour in heavy cream and warm 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan and nutmeg until smooth.
3️⃣ Fill the rolls
Lay noodles flat on a surface.
Place shrimp along the center of each.
Sprinkle with mozzarella and 1/2 cup Parmesan.
Roll up gently.
4️⃣ Assemble
Arrange rolls seam-side down in a lightly greased baking dish.
Pour Alfredo sauce evenly over the top.
5️⃣ Bake
Bake at 375°F for 15 to 18 minutes until bubbling and lightly golden.
6️⃣ Finish
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
