Ingredients (Serves 6)
Base
• 1 lb. meatballs (frozen or homemade), cooked
• 1 cup brown gravy, warmed
Mashed Potato Layer
• 4 cups mashed potatoes (fresh or leftovers)
• Salt & pepper to taste
Topping
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
👩🍳 How to Make It
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
2️⃣ Spread cooked meatballs evenly in the dish.
3️⃣ Pour warm gravy over the meatballs.
4️⃣ Gently spread mashed potatoes over the top in an even layer.
5️⃣ Sprinkle shredded cheese across the potatoes.
6️⃣ Bake 25–30 minutes until cheese is melted and lightly golden.
7️⃣ Serve hot and comforting.
💡 Tips
✔ Add peas, corn, or green beans under the potatoes for extra veggies
✔ Use turkey or chicken meatballs for a lighter version
